Do I need a referral?
No. You can self refer to see one of our clinicians as they are trained to diagnose your condition and recommend treatment.
Do you offer same-day or urgent appointments?
We try to see people the same day but typically it is 24 hours unless we have space on the day. For injections it would be a 24 hour period to book.
What should I wear at my first appointment?
We recommend appropriate clothing. It is sometimes necessary to undress and we recommend shorts and a shoulderless top. We work to ensure decency and respect is upheld for both patient and practitioner.
Do you accept insurance?
We accept insurance for Physiotherapy. Any other service, unless agreed with full fee coverage would not be
