Jack is an associate osteopath originally from Birmingham. From an early age, Jack’s passion for sports sparked an interest in anatomy and physiology. This fascination naturally led him to pursue a career in osteopathy, where he trained at Swansea University, achieving a first-class masters.
Jack has a strong interest in human longevity and the mind-body connection, both of which influence his approach to osteopathy. Jack believes that educating patients about pain can allow them to better understand their own experiences, creating confidence in their rehabilitation.
Jack also enjoys using a ‘hands-on approach’, treating a wide range of aches and pains. His dissertation focused on meniscal tears, which has given him a particular interest and depth of understanding in managing these cases.
