Shakshi is a HCPC-registered MSK and Sports Physiotherapist with many years of experience helping people move better and recover from injury. She holds a Bachelor of Physiotherapy and an MSc in Sports and Exercise Medicine from Leeds Beckett University.

Before joining Core Body Clinic, Shakshi worked across private MSK clinics and elite sports settings, including academy football and professional rugby, where she developed a hands-on, practical approach to assessment and rehab. She combines manual therapy, dry needling, shockwave, and exercise-based rehab to create treatment plans that actually fit people’s lives and goals.

Shakshi believes good physiotherapy is about more than just the injury. It’s about understanding the person behind it and helping them get back to what they love.
